Welcome to our UTM30 web shop, selling surveying equipment. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Prices

All prices are shown in Euro and do not include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. For purchases from outside Spain, please contact us directly, in order to apply the corresponding tax for each country.

 

Availability

We strive to keep our inventory up to date, but we cannot guarantee the availability of all products at all times. If a product is not available after you place your order, we will contact you with a delivery time or to cancel your order, if you wish.

 

Sending

Products will be shipped to the address you provide during the checkout process. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight and location of the shipment. In general, shipping will be free for mainland Spain and will have a slight cost for destinations in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Contact us for international shipments, both inside and outside the European Union.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. The instrument must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. A 7% will be deducted from the cost of the product, with a minimum of €150+VAT, for the rental of the equipment. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the product.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Guarantee

All our products are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us to initiate the warranty process and request a repair or replacement of the equipment.

 

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

 

Security

We take the security of your personal and financial information very seriously. We use standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.
